This guy had a pretty good analogy for Pfizer's 'logic':
Not forced in the same way a man who handed his wallet to a robber wasn't forced, because, after all, he did 'hand' the wallet to the robber threatening him. It wasn't removed from his trousers by 'force'.
If you sign a contract "under duress" it is not binding. Because your signing was not voluntary. Same thing in my mind. They may not have used deadly force in every case (denying medical treatment is deadly force IMO), but they used force and put people under severe distress.
