Dershowitz: Jack Smith Could be Indicted for Fraud for Omitting Trump's 'Peaceful' Statement

Dershowitz accused Jack Smith of a lie of omission in the Jan. 6 indictment when he left out that Trump told people to protest "peacefully."

It's like they wrote their own indictment and handed it right over.

Now they are fighting for it to be televised live because they think Trump would somehow weasel his way out behind closed doors.

I hope they get it on prime time.
