We have generally been feeling more healthy since we started this a year or so ago. I found out that with the oils in particular, it is not like buying baking soda or vinegar. Brands vary wildly. Find local people and develop a relationship with them. As you do you will discover which ones are trustworthy.

Go to your local farmers market and find people locally who sell those items. Develop a relationship and you will find the one you can trust.
