You are aware the defense is also required to present certain evidence to the prosecution pretrial, right? Do you really think if Trump has sufficient proof of a stolen election that the Deep State is just going to let him get to trial to present it? Of course not, they'll either find ways to suppress it or drop/amend the charges so he can't because it isn't relevant.
