What are people's thoughts on Issue 1 failing? Does this have the potential to boomerang?

I am from Ohio, I do believe this will boomerang in a future regular election. In the mean time, this does bring awareness to the fact that is Ohio's constitution is currently among the easiest to change, therefore inviting the constitutional amendment path for those of minority opinion who can't get what they want legislatively, or within a regular election.
