Whatever happened to the Atlanta DA not having jurisdiction for matters relating to State and federal voting?

Elections are run at the county level. Atlanta is in Fulton County and Atlanta is the capital of Georgia. If any of the charges occurred in Fulton County she would have jurisdiction. State election laws are routinely prosecuted at the county level.
