Saying it's total nonsense is a statement with a lot of certainty.

My problem with your commnent is that it's a very short comment and the Devolution theory is not short.

My rule is always that if you have an outspoken opinion, you also need to put some time and effort into supporting that outspoken opinion. Right now it seems to be an opinion fueled by emotion since it's such a black and white statement.
