My belief in vaccines has certainly been destroyed the past years, and it puts one in a troubled position when you go against the status quo and prevalent medical ideas.
I didn't get the covid vaccine, while my wife did when she was in residency. With another kid on the way in 8 months, I...no longer believe in vaccines. At all.
So are we as a community against all vaccines now? Or just the covid one?
The only route I see for myself is bring the evidence and sit down and have a discussion. I feel that if I so strongly believe this, and I let my child get vaccinated, then I am a fucking weak man, and have failed my child.
All thoughts appreciated.
My mind is made up. See the "I no longer believe in vaccines. At all.".
I can see that it came out worded as a group consensus, it was meant as an open question, in a rushed post at lunch time that I didn't review before posting. My real intent of the post was the spouse conflict and how people have persuaded others to their point of view.
Cheers and agreed.
