My belief in vaccines has certainly been destroyed the past years, and it puts one in a troubled position when you go against the status quo and prevalent medical ideas.
I didn't get the covid vaccine, while my wife did when she was in residency. With another kid on the way in 8 months, I...no longer believe in vaccines. At all.
So are we as a community against all vaccines now? Or just the covid one?
The only route I see for myself is bring the evidence and sit down and have a discussion. I feel that if I so strongly believe this, and I let my child get vaccinated, then I am a fucking weak man, and have failed my child.
All thoughts appreciated.
Absolutely.
I have been anti flu vaccine from when they started giving them.
Something about how they were pushing them so hard every year, gave me pause. My gut said, "No Way". I didn't really have any thought on why, only that I didn't trust the way they were pushing them.
For the exact same reason, I stood firm against the COVID vaccine. Only they're pushing campaign was on STERIODS. No way.
Now I am so glad I listened to my gut.
Now I am suspicious of all medication. Don't think for one minute that they just all of sudden came up with the idea of poisoning people in 2020. I would bet our government has been poisoning us since 1945 or earlier.
