My belief in vaccines has certainly been destroyed the past years, and it puts one in a troubled position when you go against the status quo and prevalent medical ideas.
I didn't get the covid vaccine, while my wife did when she was in residency. With another kid on the way in 8 months, I...no longer believe in vaccines. At all.
So are we as a community against all vaccines now? Or just the covid one?
The only route I see for myself is bring the evidence and sit down and have a discussion. I feel that if I so strongly believe this, and I let my child get vaccinated, then I am a fucking weak man, and have failed my child.
All thoughts appreciated.
Here's some food for thought...The Amish people don't vaccinate their children. Coincidently enough, Amish community has not seen the explosion of autism that the rest of the western world has seen.
The vaccine schedule for young children has grown exponentially over the last 20 plus years and surprise surprise, so has the autism rate in children. Now what could be the common denominator here???
Also, ironically enough, the Amish people were not affected by muh covid either and don't have an explosion in myocardial problems like we are seeing in the rest of the western world. You won't hear of Amish people dying suddenly or unexpectedly....unless their buggy gets hit by a drunk driver.
I'm no medical professional but conclusions can probably be drawn from this.
In the third largest Amish community in the US, I'd venture the Vax rate for Amish kids is over 60% (I've lived here 13 years and interact regularly with them) the county health departments target them heavily. Thankfully most didn't buy the covid nonsense though and only a few older folks took thise jabs.
That's a shame. The fact they are specifically going after them when they don't vax their kids is an even better reason not to get the it or any others until they can prove all of this shit is, as they love to say, "safe and effective". They literally want everyone on Earth infected with their poison.
