I wondered if maybe an overdose could result. Bc you're dosing 1200 lbs of beef let's say and idk how long it stays in the system but if enough was in the beef and someone ate it...idk?
The only other thing I could think (haven't had cows in a few years) is maybe some of those liquid ivermectins were mixed with something else that might potentially be bad for people if not metabolized by the cow prior to slaughter.
Like the ivermectin my dog takes is ivermectin and pyrantel. Idk if pyrantel is good bad or indifferent for people.
The horse stuff if you buy the right kind is only ivermectin.
I bought and used some of the liquid you spread on the back of your cattle back in @ 15 or 16 for a couple head of beef I had but at that time obviously I wasn't viewing it as anything but animal medicine lol
