HE ALWAYS WAS OPEN TO FARA and the guy who is now Special Counsel is the same guy who DIDN'T CHARGE HIM WITH FARA violations. Or a firearm felony. And negotiated a probation only plea deal. And disputed IRS whistleblower testimony and claims he had whatever authority he needed.
