He describes in detail the struggle between Jacob, father of the 12 Israelite tribes, and his twin brother Esau. Edomites are descended from Esau. They lived on the border of Judah and were perpetual enemies of the Israelites. However, "during the 2nd century BC, the Edomites were forcibly converted to Judaism by the Hasmoneans, and were incorporated into the Jewish nation." King Herod was not of Judah, the kingly line. He was an Edomite king, and thus he wanted to kill Christ when he heard from the Persian wisemen that the "king of the Jews" had been born.

Reading this book helped me to understand the animosity toward Northern Europeans from some of those who are Esau's descendants, for it is possible Europeans are descended from the 10 "lost tribes" of the Northern kingdom of Israel, who were deported by the Assyrians, long before the kingdom of Judah was taken captive by Babylon. They eventually emigrated across the Caucasus mountains, it is said, and lost remembrance of their original identity. This makes sense to me, because it was in Northern Europe where the Protestant Reformation was born, when the printing press was invented, and the word of God was put into the people's hands in their own languages. The name Saxons is related to "sons of Isaac." And here is Jacob's blessing upon the two sons of Joseph:

"he [Manasseh] also shall become a people, and he also shall be great: but truly his younger brother shall be greater than he, and his seed shall become a multitude of nations." (v.19). God told Jacob that out of him, meaning his descendants, shall be a "nation and a company of nations."

In British-Israelism, these are commonly believed to be America and Britain and its Commonwealth. Brit-ish means "covenant man," and the British flag, the "Union Jack," with Jack being a nickname for Jacob.

Also, this is the people group who took the Bible around the world with the gospel message of "Christ for all nations," in the Philadelphia church age of Revelation.

And in this sense, the house of Israel (Northern kingdom) became a blessing for the world, as it says in the OT.

I read this long ago, but didn't know what to make of it. However, many Ethno-Europeans seem to be waking up and realizing that destruction of the white race is "on the menu" nowadays. It is happening now in South Africa. It would seem this is part of Satan's opposition plan, not the plan of God. For this reason, I believe the Lord will preserve a remnant of the house of Israel, and whites will not be utterly wiped from the face of the Earth.

And what has this to do with "the great awakening"? I believe we need a "new Reformation." We need the God of Israel to help us to cross the sea in the midst of the storm. Pharaoh's chariots are fast approaching.
