Which one is the "surprising" one? Also, where's the GA statute that defines "Felony" and "Serious Felony"?

A serious felony is defined as the Seven Deadly Sins (Murder or Felony Murder, Armed Robbery, Kidnapping, Rape, Aggravated Child Molestation, Aggravated Sodemy, Aggravated Sexual Battery).
