That is always possible. But with this many sham indictments during a election campaign it becomes highly suspect as being a smear campaign. Which leads us to election fraud again. Is it really in their favor for President Trump to expose the total corruption of the State ? Would it be in their favor to have the case thrown out before the people are shown the evidence that would come out at trial ?
it becomes highly suspect as being a smear campaign.
Take a step back for a second. A eight hour smear campaign?
After all the grand jury did go forward. They did vote a true bill. And we have this big multi-page, multidefendant indictment. That happened and Trump is indicted in GA. What does this doc thing matter for folks reading the news the next day? The indictment is the thing that matters.
Would it be in their favor to have the case thrown out
But this is not going to lead to the case getting thrown out.
It's just not.
And any consequences would come down on the clerk, not the DA. Prosecutors obviously do a ton of work before a jury votes on an indictment.
I just saw these two things
“The grand jury doesn’t sit around and write indictments, it’s presented to them,” said Clark Cunningham, a Georgia State University law professor. “Presumably before this morning, they had drafted an indictment — there’s nothing wrong with that.”
The county clerk is new on the job, she hasn't even been there two months.
News From Law.com
Ché Alexander has been sworn in as the new clerk for the Fulton County Superior and Magistrate Courts. Alexander, who was sworn in on Friday, previously served as the chief deputy clerk. She replaced Cathelene "Tina" Robinson, who retired after holding the role for 16 years .....
How many years has the smear campaign been going on ? They already know they can not beat Trump. So they raised their game to a higher level. Despite all the charges and stacking charges President Trump is gaining more support. They already showed their hands by showing they will do all they can to stop president Trump.
The Grand Jury was there for 8 hours only is surprising with the number of charges and the DA explaining the State law and how many elements are required to meet these charges . The Jury either agrees or disagrees on if the elements are all met.
There is no excuse for the violation of the laws. Clerks are well versed on these laws. Ooops is not a defense it is admission of guilt.
I want this to go to trial. So the evidence will expose the corruption of the Courts and State. These RICO charges by the DA are Projection. Blaming Trump of what they are guilty of and those charges will Boomerang back on them where they truly belonged to begin with.
I don't see it as a leak. I see it as a screw up.

So this is the big picture. I think you're upset about the big picture and are grabbing on to a small thing and blowing that up.
The grand jury started back in July though. This was simply the final voting. Which probably lasted 11 hours.
I don't think we are going to find this was a violation of a law.
Again. Big Picture. This will not stop this from going to trial. If it does, I'll order a Bud Light in front of all my friends that Friday.
