President Trump giving the EXACT DATE/TIME is giving these morons time to come up with something that will try to overshadow his announcement...I do believe that this is "baiting" the trap and whoever walks into it will be fair game...

Somewhat of what we used in ambushes...AND this is EXACTLY what s.f.psyops would be used for...
