Firstly, I listen to this in pieces, as I go about daily duties, primarily driving in the car. Very hard to take notes.
Secondly, every drop of that 3.5 hours is gold (imo). It's not really content that one can pick up in a 5-minute Stew Peters report. More of a process than simple ideas.
Thirdly, yes, 3.5 hours, so it's hard to pinpoint pedes to specific time stamps that would be useful for dropping in on a particular topic (see aforementioned difficulty in taking notes).
Nonetheless, a fine suggestion.
Here is what Just Human posted re: this episode (subsequent to my posting):
One of our best episodes to date.
We talked:
Narrative Layers in the Info War
Dueling Narratives of Trump & Biden v. DOJ
What SHOULD Justice look like in the end?
and more
I have occasionally thought about taking an episode, and chopping it up into smaller sections related to specific topics. There's real gold in this particular podcast, but its not NEWS focused and its not skim-off-the top information.
So, in lieu of any real useful summary, I simply settle for promoting the podcast, reminding those who know it of its existence, and maybe those who don't that there's something out there they might look at.
A fine suggestion. There are a few issues here.

Huh. I didn't get that at all.
Can you provide a concrete example?
Uh, ok. Well, I didn't quite get that. But I'll listen more carefully next time based on your comments.
