Musk bought Twitter, ordered the government's censorship exposed, and when an employee disobeyed he was fired...
It doesn't make any sense that he would just want to revert it again.
While this is a credible story, and it looks really bad, I don't think any of us understand Elon Musk at all.
He isn't dumb. And he didn't buy twitter for no reason. And twitter is 100x better than it was.
"Team leader Aaron Rodericks not only touts his profile on X rival BlueSky in his X bio, but is actively recruiting applicants through a subscription newsletter on disinformation that includes unflattering coverage of Musk, raising the question how involved the mercurial South African remains in his company."
This is key. If it was per the direction of Musk, why would recruitment be happening through some employee's newsletter?
