I hate to be "that guy" but we never needed a treaty of annexation with Hawaii. We just conquered them like we did the rest of the US sans Alaska. We conquered them and overthrew their "kingdom" and turned them into a US territory.
By this logic, every state in the union except for Alaska is illegitimate because we never signed a treaty of annexation with the various native tribes.
Treaties of non aggression and acknowledgment that certain tracks of lands were theirs. As far as I'm aware there was never a treaty of annexation signed with any native tribes since we just conquered them and took their land and then said "stay over there and we won't bother you". Not that we actually did, but I digress.

Their were hundreds of treaties signed with the native Americans.
Not saying they were fair or that we honored them.
