He's going to sell it to whomever wants one. It doesn't come with a drone. You have to put it in your pocket and walk in with it. These can also be easily detected with a device. They just charged the President with a felony for a tweet. What are they going to do to a normal person walking into an election precinct with a common hacking device? Good luck with that.
