The owner of RRN admitted that the site was fraudulent clickbait. In his own words, he created it to see what kind of nonsense Trump supporters would fall for.

There is a guy who flys drones as close as you are allowed to get day and night. You can see the structures pretty well. No marines. Gunfire can be heard far away and no reports or recordings? This seems a little outlandish.
