If their names are known, it ought to be possible to find their associations. Even on a fairly big island, people get known pretty fast.

Good point, but one problem is that you can’t arrest someone just for being in the same social circle as a criminal. As far as keeping an eye on these types… when the Chief of Police is the same guy that just happened to be the Incident Commander in Las Vegas during that massacre of concert-goers, let’s just say I’m not terribly hopeful that truth-&-justice and safety of islanders would prevail over graft-&-bribes from developers and NWO beasts. Call me skeptical.

That guy could be on Maui not as part of a plot but because no one on the mainland would have him, too well known for being inept. Or it could all be connected to 44, who skated enough in Hawaii, and part of some plot. Or, the two possibilities are not mutually exclusive. Losers tend to lose options about where they can work.
