I was coming here to say the same thing. Rosie O'Donnell, Madonna, and a bunch of other seemingly queer actresses of the early 1990s? I was just a kid when it came out, but even I could pick up on the lesbian vibes. Seems kind of pointless to make a gayer version of it unless they were planning an all drag team.
