The Sabbath day is Saturday, not Sunday. The Catholics changed it and bragged about deceiving everyone.

The Sabbath was made for man. Not man for the Sabbath. So which day isn't where the value is. Rather what we do with that day. Going 6 work and 1 rest. It's meant to disrupt routine and bring focus back to God. Rest, stop, delight and worship. These are the pillars. If u wanna do it Saturday that's fine though.
