Sea levels are rising
Except off both coasts of Panama where a lack of fresh rainfall to fill the SALT WATER locks of the canal is causing sea levels to fall....
So this tells us what? Global cooling, more ice locked up? However, I'm not sure about the whole ice thing, put ice in a glass of water, mark the level and wait for it to melt...
