When you see the devastation after an earthquake or such in other countries (like Turkey or Haiti) how many rescuers actively search for victims. All I saw so far was 3 men and 1 dog searching the rubble with no sense of urgency. Thats the great USA.

In China, they immediately sent in the military to built bridges and rescued. Might just be for the tv crews but I have seen those.
