Read the dates.

This dude got a doctorate in Medicine in 1997 from Penn State, and just seven years later was representing the State of Hawaii in the house of representatives. So maybe he did his residency in HI, for a few years then said, nah, fuck it, I don’t want to be a doctor, Ima be a politician!

This dude was groomed and selected for political office. The degrees were paper to make him look respectable. Then shipped out to rule a fiefdom.
