Well, if the interview was pre-recorded (and it was), was it recorded prior to the bond setting, and how (would) it result in a bond violation? I'm sure (they) will try to make it so.

I thought you post bond after the arrest. The arrest is Thursday so he should be allowed to say whatever his heart desires.
