I have a broken tib and fib so i have shit better to do than to blow this board up with interesting finds. Thank you for putting up with my shit ,also it keeps me from going crazy 🤪. And if I offend you please by all means stay offended. We have a world to save. I may not be as good as some of the others on here but its honest work at least.

I would use theraband or stretchy bands on 3 good limbs as resistive strengthening. Unless you have restrictions I'd do range of motion of hip and knee on bad side in sitting or laying.
How does one obtain these bands for the low?
