A REAL ARREST INCLUDES HANDCUFFS AND PERP WALK AND NOT BEING ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE JAIL!

This is goofy.

A. Perp walks are theater

B. Tons of people are allowed to turn themselves.

C. Tons of people are allowed to post bail.

It's a real arrest just like the other three
