My question is, now what?

Where do things go from here?

At what point will this largely behind the scenes war become very public?

Will his lawyers just casually drop a motion saying you can't do this because Trump is really president? Maybe nothing like that will happen and they'll just keep fighting these legal battles through to the election.

This is an interesting question. Clearly, from Trump’s actions today, he feels in a position of power. Going to Twitter. This cannot be overstated. We’ve wished he was on Twitter for practical purposes for years now. But he did it today. There’s something to that. I know I’ve not answered your query, but it’s clear SOMETHING is going on.
