During the Tucker interview, Trump said that Hillary called him at 3:02 in the morning to congratulate him. (I recall something different in 2016). Here's drop 302, did someone get the green light? u/#q302

I've been thinking 32 is a mirror 23, and since 23 is grand jury trials (awaiting justice) perhaps 32 is for the sentencing (justice applied).

Applied here, it would be Trump acknowledging her sentencing was already carried out. But this is really just guessing on my part.
