Doing some digging on RICO cases and happened to come across a fairly recent article from last month detailing a potential revival of Trumps RICO lawsuit that was brought against Hillary Clinton. Does anyone have any more information or theories on how this will unfold? I see this possibly being a huge surprise to many people currently focused on the RICO charges against DJT. Please correct me if I’m off base here, that lawsuit was definitely in my blind spot. Link to mentioned article in comments.
