The judge in Florida told him he had to shut down his secret grand jury in DC because the case is in Florida. If he wants to come up with more charges, he'll have to use a grand jury in Florida, which is Trump's home state, where he is wildly popular. That's why its so bad for Jack.

I saw it as a well-deserved slapdown, and he will need to convene a grand jury in Florida for future indictments there.
