Can only say likely but not entirely concrete. Look at Putin for example as he was WEF but clearly turned against them

Putin has been against the WEF/DS for decades. He has blocked adoption of Russian children to prevent child trafficking.

Putin didn't have the financial backing to resist/defeat the DS like we do with Trump.

Russia has its gold supply back and will help destroy the NWO US PetrolDollar.
