I was always highly interested in the posts about frequency mins control tech, where Q tells us those w predisposed mental conditions are targeted w the frequency tech.

You sure about that? Pretty sure this post comes right after Q talking about cell phone tech being used to manipulate and mind control patsys. Let me check.

Even if you look at 775 he is clearly replying to a poster who then explains everything he is gathering from Q, the cell phone frequencies can act as a trigger. That’s literally what 775 is about.
775 doesn't mention mind control, nor does 772. not saying you're wrong, just sayin
“to 'control' target subject.” “Act as a trigger” combined w predisposed issues and therapy/meds.
Clearly what they are talking about controlling the actions of a person and triggering them into an event via frequencies.
