10 Days of Darkness/CBDC

A fella that used to work with me came in to visit, he was our web site guy, told me the internet is going to go down for ten days beginning to mid October for the implementation of CBDC and to get cash for 10 days. He said they aren’t telling everyone to avoid bank runs. Anyone else been hearing this?
