Reports on the ground are the power was cut at 4:30 am with the high winds warning of a hurricane passing closely by.

Who sends a child to a school that has no power?

Who leaves their kids 10 and under home under such a storm warning, and with no power? How would they communicate with said kids…just cellular?

Something doesn’t line up at all!
