Did this evil clown 👺 ever get his DC license after returning from his stint in a foreign country 2019 to late 2022 with the ICC prosecuting what he deems as war criminals related to Kosovo-Serb conflicts ? bcse you can't practice law in DC without a DC license according to the DC Bar.
