Well, I can see this. The mugshot(a picture) was significant in that it signified that we are none of us immune from the evildoers if we do not think or do what they want. And even if we do, they still want us gone. Most of us now see that we are all in the same boat in a fast moving stream and we'd better paddle together before we end up over the falls.
