Yeah? So? If Durham indicted the lot of them, would would prosecute them? GARLAND, to a DC JURY?
Welcome to the party, pal
As JustHuman pointed out, there are a number of referrals that Durham made that are still under seal (and I don't believe we know where they were handed off to either).
His endgame was never to drag HRC and Obama in front of a corrupt civilian judge and jury so they could be acquitted and spend the rest of their days bragging about it. Anons had high expectations of this, but in retrospect, those expectations were unreasonable. To prosecute them in this way simply would not have worked in the way that we need it to.
And as Q folks will know, Durham was not and is not the only game in town...
A single, sprawling, all-encompassing conspiracy case, prosecuted under the Law of War. Some anons still don't get where this is going.
Is this real or speculation?
I believe it was actually referred to in the Durham Report. JustHuman did a read through of the whole thing when it dropped.
If they do exist though, I do not expect them to be unsealed any time soon. If there is going to be any serious trial for the Russiagate conspirators (or any swamp creature for that matter) it is going to take place in a military tribunal, with the defendants being tried as enemy combatants (as has been hinted numerous times in the drops and other places).
Problem with this is it's flat out illegal.
The UCMJ is very specific about this
And enemy combatant has a very specific meaning.
