Friend, this is not a registered business but a registered security (it might be a business also, but under SEC, it's a security). So we an buy and sell Commonwealth of Australia as a stock now?

I went and looked under funds like Waddell and Reed under this website and found it so I know this is legit. Not just a screenshot without link.
