So this cabal has the money, that's why they have the power? Can we put our finger on who is running it and who is aligned with them? If you declare war, it seems you must name who you're ar war with. It's a bunch of secret stuff, but it needs to be brought to light and justice. Light tends to be a spiritual word, I want a physical ass to kick.

I like that...........but I think we've always pinned war on a nation or some entity that was not pulling the strings.

No, in devolution theory, trump is presently a war time president, I'm looking for the particular offence, and a who it is.
I think he can declare war just for an offense, but sooner or later it needs a who or what organization.
