Knew a guy in town 30 years ago who did this, something about being a "citizen" of the United States NOT including the "continental" United States. As opposed to "citizen" of the State of Ohio. Roomers (sic) were, that IRS made his life hell, but they never collected.

He offered me literature on the group he belonged too, but I didn't understand it.

Thanks for that info. I am sure Pelosi, Bush and those demons don't have the same kind of title we have. They are the royalty so they don't pay. I wish someone can investigate and see who has such a thing.
