It has been filed as of 2020. How come I have not heard of it or do we know the outcome

Filed in 2020 and dismissed in 2020.

Anyone can file a lawsuit. It doesn't mean anyone gets a trial.

AND filing a frivolous lawsuit like this one can get you sanctioned by a court.

Thus, on May 5, 2020, the Court ordered Plaintiff to show cause, in writing, on or before May 19, 2020, why this matter should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute.
