Filed in 2020 and dismissed in 2020.

Anyone can file a lawsuit. It doesn't mean anyone gets a trial.

AND filing a frivolous lawsuit like this one can get you sanctioned by a court.

Thus, on May 5, 2020, the Court ordered Plaintiff to show cause, in writing, on or before May 19, 2020, why this matter should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. The order stated that failure to timely respond would result in dismissal of this lawsuit. It is now almost two weeks after the deadline for a response, and no further activity has occurred on the docket of this case. Accordingly, consistent with the Court’s order to show cause, it is hereby ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for failure to prosecute. It is SO ORDERED. Dated: June 1, 2020
