Beach trip could lead to deadly bacterial infection, experts warn

Doctors told DailyMail.com that anyone with an open wound - right down to a paper cut - was better off not swimming in sea water this Labor Day weekend. They warned of a flesh-eating infection.

We had a guy here in Colorado who got something like this from one of the reservoirs we sail on. Was nasty for awhile for him.

Granted the reservoir collects runoff from much of SE denver suburbs and the South Platte River so not completely unexpected but still awful.
