I can save California some money. It is your damn policies that start off that everything under $950 is basically free. Then we have the fact that migrants and kids that grew up in fatherless homes are part of the problem.

Exactly!!! They make the problem and use our money to solve the problem they began. Except, their sovling the problem ONLY makes the problem bigger while they stuff their pockets with our money.
