Such an outcome [the election of DJT] will imperil European unity and undermine the progress achieved on many fronts in response to the war in Ukraine.

About the only unity achieved with respect to the Ukraine War has to do with ending it? Maybe he's referring to BRICS and the construction of an alternate financial system to the U.S. dollar.
