I’m no lawyer but won’t this be a way to keep the ADL from censoring the flood when it comes out?

If they are a party to the suit any action to censor they take could be used against them in court. Wouldn’t X also be able to ignore any takedown notices from them because they can’t take action detrimental predujudical to the case. Or X would be able to slow walk the take down notices (because “pending legal review etc”) enough that the cat will be out of the bag during the flood of declass info coming out.
